This is called maceration. We stir and dynamize the macerate every day so that as many active substances as possible are released from the herbs and mushrooms and all the ingredients blend beautifully. Finally, we bottle the tinctures for you. We do not dilute the finished tinctures in any way, so they retain all their strength. This is something that definitely sets us apart from the competition. Why do we macerate instead of making only herbal decoctions or extracts in hot water?

During maceration, many more beneficial substances are released from the herbs and mushrooms. Alcohol also gives the herbs very strong dynamism and intensifies their effects. The effect is further enhanced by the fact that you swallow the tincture directly, so all the active ingredients are released into the body right in the mouth.

Dosage

Standard doseThe daily dose is 1 drop per 1 kg of body weight. Divide the daily dose into two portions, morning and evening. This means that if you weigh 70 kg, you take 35 drops in the morning and 35 drops in the evening. The tincture will then last you approximately 15 days. Increased doseIn acute conditions, up to three times the dose may be administered. It is advisable to shake the tincture before use. Slight cloudiness is normal. Take tinctures on an empty stomach.

The minimum interval is 30 minutes before a meal or one hour after it. The tincture can be diluted with a little hot water, which will cause the alcohol to evaporate. This is ideal when the tincture is taken by children or, for example, drivers. You usually need two to three packages for one month, depending on the daily dose.
