We operate e-shops including growmedica.com (EU English store) and www.growmedica.sk.
I. Introduction
These terms and conditions govern the mutual relations when purchasing in the e-shop and are part of the purchase agreement. They apply to consumers.
II. Payment and Delivery
On growmedica.com, payment is by card only via the Revolut Payment Gateway (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Revolut Pay, as shown in checkout). Cash on delivery and bank transfer are not available. Delivery within the EU is by DPD courier only: €7 under €99, free from €99. Packeta / Z-BOX pickup points are not offered on growmedica.com. Full details: Shipping and payment.
III. User Account
An account is not necessary. Keep access data safe and keep data up to date.
V. Goods and Prices
We are not VAT registered; no VAT is charged. Prices are final prices, excluding delivery costs. A clearly incorrect price does not bind us.
VI. Order
You submit your order by clicking the order button. We will send a confirmation by e-mail.
IX. Returns
The consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt. Return the complete goods to GrowMedica s.r.o., Belová 6, 040 01 Košice. Returning the goods by post to our address is free of charge for EU consumers as stated on the Shipping and payment page; we refund the original card payment method. We do not accept cash-on-delivery return parcels.
