MedoComplex 400 g

MedoComplex combines Czech blossom honey with four mushroom extracts – Reishi, Cordyceps, Agaricus and Shiitake – and acerola. The most complex honey in the MycoMedica range, for which one spoonful a day is enough.

How to use

• 1 teaspoon daily – on its own, in yoghurt, porridge or lukewarm tea (below approx. 40 °C).
• The creamed consistency can be gently warmed in a water bath up to 40 °C.
