Returns policy

We offer a 30-day returns policy. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

Return period: 30 days from delivery.

Cost of return: returns are free of charge. You pay no return postage and no restocking fee (€0).

Start your return by emailing info@growmedica.sk with your name, order number and the items you are returning. Send the returned goods by post to:

We do not accept cash-on-delivery parcels. After we receive the returned goods, we refund the full amount to the original payment method no later than 14 days.

Statutory right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

As a consumer in the European Union you may withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. Withdrawal is not conditional on the goods being unused or in their original packaging; you are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics. The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery. Defective or incorrect goods

If an item is defective, damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us straight away. We handle complaints within 30 days at the latest. We are liable for defects for the statutory period of 24 months from receipt of the goods. Exchanges are possible: after you notify us by email, we arrange a pickup within two business days. For a different product, please place a new order.
