Shipping and payment

On growmedica.com we deliver within the EU by DPD courier only: €7 for orders under €99, free from €99. Payment is by card only. We are not a VAT payer, so no VAT is charged. Prices shown are the rates charged in checkout. Checkout is charged in euros.

There is no in-store pickup. Packeta / Z-BOX pickup points, cash on delivery and bank transfer are not available on growmedica.com.

Slovakia, Czechia, Hungary, Germany and Austria have their own GrowMedica websites with local shipping options; this page applies to growmedica.com only.

Payment by card only

Card payments run through the Revolut Payment Gateway. You enter your payment details on the payment provider’s secure page, not on the GrowMedica website. Card data is processed by Revolut, not by GrowMedica. Privacy: Revolut Privacy Policy.

The charge is taken in the checkout currency (EUR).

In live checkout the available method is Pay with card or Revolut Pay (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Revolut). Cash on delivery and bank transfer are not offered on growmedica.com.

Goods are paid when Revolut authorises the card payment.

Delivery time

In-stock items are usually dispatched on business days within 24 hours of payment. Delivery time after dispatch depends on the destination country and address; the current estimate is shown in checkout before you place the order. Tracking is emailed after dispatch.

The purchase contract is formed when you submit the order and we confirm it by email. Ownership and the risk of damage to the goods pass to the buyer on receipt of the parcel, in line with the Terms and Conditions.

Withdrawal and complaints

EU consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. The conditions are set out in the Terms and Conditions. Return the goods to GrowMedica s.r.o., Belová 6, 040 01 Košice, Slovakia.

Withdrawal is not conditional on the goods being undamaged or in their original packaging (you are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics); returning the goods by post to our address is free of charge. We refund the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. We do not accept cash-on-delivery return parcels.

Complaints about defects: in writing to info@growmedica.sk. We are liable for defects for the statutory period of 24 months from receipt (statutory liability for defects, not a voluntary guarantee); complaints are handled within 30 days.
