Personal Data Processing Conditions
GrowMedica s.r.o., Belová 6, 040 01 Košice, ID No. 56 455 143 processes personal data in accordance with GDPR and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. for the purpose of selling nutritional supplements and cosmetics.
For the performance of the contract, we process your first name, surname, address, email, phone number, and data necessary for payment. Marketing is carried out only with your consent, which you can withdraw at info@growmedica.sk.
We may provide data to carriers (DPD, Packeta), payment gateways, and authorities if required by law.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object to the processing of your data. You can file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection.
We use cookies for e-shop functionality, settings, and anonymous analytics.

Processors and recipients of personal data
To operate the online store we use the following processors (recipients), bound by contractual terms under Art. 28 GDPR:
- Shopify International Ltd. (Ireland) – store platform, hosting, checkout and transactional e-mails.
- Google Ireland Ltd. – Google Analytics 4, Google Ads and Google Merchant Center (analytics and advertising only with your consent via the cookie banner).
- Packeta / Zásilkovna s.r.o. – parcel delivery (name, address, e-mail, phone).
- Revolut Bank UAB (Lithuania) – payment gateway (card, Revolut Pay, Apple Pay / Google Pay); card data is processed solely by Revolut.
- BUCKS Currency Converter (Shopify app) – informative conversion of prices into local currency based on IP address/country.
- Kaching Cart (Shopify app) – cart display and recommended products.
- Klaviyo, Inc. (USA, Standard Contractual Clauses / EU-US Data Privacy Framework) – sending e-mails and newsletter (newsletter only with consent).
For transfers to third countries (in particular the USA), EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework are used.
