Amount and how long a pack lasts

The recommended amount is 2 to 6 capsules a day. At 2 capsules a day, 90 capsules last 45 days. At 6 capsules a day, they last 15 days.

How to read 5:1

The 5:1 ratio describes how the extract was prepared: 5 parts of the source were used to make 1 part of extract. The milligrams are the amount of extract in the capsule, not an extra amount.

How it differs from Reishi PRO

MycoHair and Reishi PRO are two different products. MycoHair has 50 mg of Reishi fruiting-body extract 5:1 and 120 mg of He Shou Wu extract 5:1 in each capsule. Reishi PRO has 500 mg of fruiting-body extract and at least 30% beta-1,3/1,6-glucans. The Reishi PRO amount is 1 to 3 capsules a day.
