Each product and its intended use

MycoMedica Reishi PRO 90 caps

A food supplement made from the vital mushroom Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum) extract. People typically use it as a longer routine (weeks to months), not as a one-off. One pack covers several weeks of daily use. Take on an empty stomach with water. It does not replace a varied diet.

ZEEN Joint Collagen Premium 230 g

A powder for a daily collagen drink (mix in about 200 ml water). People use it as a food supplement for skin, hair, nails and the movement routine — not as a joint treatment. Drink it regularly, not in bursts.

Energy Artrin cream

A cream for external use. For massage and local skin care around muscles and joints after strain or at the end of the day. It does not replace Reishi or collagen — it stays on the skin, it is not a capsule.

Energy Stimaral 30 ml

A herbal concentrate in drops. For daily use in small amounts (drops in water). People often take it in the morning or before a demanding part of the day. Shake before use. Follow the leaflet; the maker usually recommends a pause after several weeks.

Alpa Francovka 160 ml (gift)

How they sit together in the day

The products in the set do not overlap in the same form: capsules on an empty stomach (Reishi / Cordyceps), morning drops (Stimaral), a drink (Zeen), Drags Imun as directed, and Artrin plus Francovka on the skin only. That is why they are sold together: one purchase covers a morning drink, daytime capsules and an evening rub. They are not “actives that add up in the blood” — they are different moments of the day.

Do not layer Artrin and Francovka thickly on the same spot at the same time. Alternate.

How to place them in the day

• Morning: Stimaral + Zeen in about 200 ml water + Reishi on an empty stomach.
• Evening: Artrin or Francovka on the skin — not both in a thick layer at once.
