Ideal composition, maximum strength and effectivenessAs the basis for YaoMedica alcohol tinctures, we use the highest-quality herbs and mushrooms collected where they have been at home for millions of years: in the untouched nature of the Chinese highlands. As a result, they are full of energy that flows to you when you use the products.Herbs and mushrooms are first ground into a very fine powder in a special machine and then left to rest for a month in 50% alcohol.

This is called maceration. We stir and energize the macerate every day so that as many active ingredients as possible are extracted from the herbs and mushrooms and all the components blend beautifully. Finally, we bottle the tinctures for you. We do not dilute the finished tinctures in any way, so they retain all their strength. This is something that definitely sets us apart from the competition. Why do we macerate instead of making only herbal decoctions or extracts in hot water?

During maceration, many more beneficial substances are released from the herbs and mushrooms. Alcohol also gives the herbs very strong dynamics and enhances their effects. The effect is further intensified by swallowing the tincture directly, so all the active ingredients are released into the body right in the mouth.

Increased dose In acute conditions, up to three times the dose may be administered. It is advisable to shake the tincture before use. Slight cloudiness is normal. Take tinctures on an empty stomach.

The minimum interval is 30 minutes before a meal or one hour after it. The tincture can be diluted with a little hot water, which will cause the alcohol to evaporate.
