MycoMedica BIO Young Barley is 200 g of fine powder made from the young leaves of barley (Hordeum vulgare) in organic quality, grown in an ecologically clean valley of the Austrian Alps. The leaves are harvested at a height of 15–20 cm, when the plant contains the most nutrients.

How to use
- Adults: 1.5–3 g daily mixed in approx. 150 ml of water.
- Children from 3 years: half a teaspoon in 150 ml of water.
- At least 30 minutes apart from meals; can be added to juice, yoghurt or a smoothie.
