How to use

• 1–3 capsules daily, on an empty stomach – at least 30 minutes before a meal or one hour after it – with water or weak green tea.

Why an extract when I can eat oyster mushrooms? To get the amount of beta-glucans in one capsule, you would have to eat a lot of fresh mushrooms; the extract offers them in a standardised amount.
