MycoMedica BIO Shiitake is a 100% organic powder made from the fruiting bodies of the Shiitake mushroom (Lentinula edodes) in a 100 g pack. Shiitake is one of the best-known edible mushrooms of Asia. It contains essential amino acids, minerals, B vitamins, provitamin D2 (ergosterol) and polysaccharides – beta-glucans including lentinan.

How to use
- 1–3 g daily (1 level coffee spoon = 2 g), mix in approx. 100 ml of water and drink.
