MedoSleep is the evening honey from the MycoMedica range: blossom honey with Reishi fruiting-body powder, jujube seed extract and liquorice root extract – a spoonful in lukewarm tea at the end of the day.

How to use

• 1 teaspoon daily – on its own, in yoghurt, porridge or lukewarm tea (below approx. 40 °C).
• Best in the evening, about an hour before bedtime.
